How to pay at BIKEBOX.
In our online shop you can pay with PayPal, credit card, on account or in advance by bank transfer. You don't need a PayPal account for credit card or invoice.

Payment methods in detail
PayPal
During checkout you log in to your PayPal account and confirm the payment. We never see your bank or card details. PayPal Buyer Protection applies to your purchase. Depending on your device and PayPal account, PayPal may also offer further options in the PayPal window, for example direct debit, Apple Pay or Google Pay. More at paypal.com.
Credit card
You don't need to be registered with PayPal to pay by credit card. The payment is carried out by your credit card company at PayPal's request immediately after your order and after you have confirmed that you are the cardholder, and your card is charged.
Invoice
You don't need to be registered with PayPal to pay on account either. After a successful address and credit check and once the order has been placed, we assign our claim to PayPal. In this case you can only pay PayPal with discharging effect.
In addition to our terms and conditions, PayPal's terms and conditions and privacy policy apply to payments processed via PayPal. PayPal's full terms for purchase on account can be found here at PayPal.
Prepayment
You transfer the invoice amount to our bank account. Our bank details and your order number are in the confirmation email. Please use the order number as the payment reference. As soon as the money has arrived, we ship your order.
A bank transfer usually takes 2–4 working days depending on your bank, which extends the delivery time accordingly. Prepayment is available for all delivery countries.
Pick-up in our store: If you collect your order from us in Rottweil-Neufra, you can also pay in cash or by debit card.
Voucher conditions
If an order is returned in full, the voucher value expires. If an order is partially returned, the voucher value is only credited if the minimum order value for the voucher is still reached by the items kept. Otherwise the voucher cannot be credited and is deducted in full. Vouchers cannot be paid out in cash or redeemed for products whose value is below the voucher value. There is no entitlement to partial or full replacement of a voucher.
